Our New Service Rates are as follows:
Hourly Hardware /
Software Service - $85/hr
Hourly Network Configuration and Troubleshooting - $95/hr
Remote Network Support & Telephone Based Support- $85/hr
1) On-site rates calculated in half
hour increments
after the first hour
2) Remote and telephone based support rates calculated in half
hour increments
Certain restrictions and limitations apply
to these rates. Please feel welcome to contact us to negotiate service
rates and payment terms if your circumstances are unique and
warrant such arbitration. Please check back here regularly
for any promotions that may help you save more. For
example, before June 1st, we will offer a discount for blocks of
service purchased if totaling over 10 hours. The discount
will only be found on this page.
